T4 is a long-distance bus route from Newtown to Cardiff. The journey travels through scenic Mid-Wales with stops at Llandrindod Wells, Builth Wells, Brecon and Merthyr Tydfil. Between Brecon and Merthyr the route goes through the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park providing access to local walks, including the path to Pen-y-Fan at Storey Arms. The T4 also runs past the three reservoirs in the National Park.
